Agentic Resource Allocation AI for Complex Operations

AI that determines what should happen next—and then does it.

OnSeen develops agentic Resource Allocation AI for dynamic operations. It takes initiative, reasons across objectives and constrained resources, determines an executable allocation, and puts the resulting work into motion. Then it monitors execution and autonomously adapts as conditions change.

From visibility to adaptive autonomous execution.

Beyond insight

Static plans can’t keep up with dynamic operations. Adaptive autonomy can.

Alerts, dashboards, forecasts, copilots, and workflow systems can tell people what changed or guide them through a predefined process. But when priorities collide and resources are already committed, people still have to determine what gives, what moves, and how the work gets back in sync.

OnSeen closes that gap. Its agentic AI recognizes when the current allocation no longer works, determines what the change affects, reallocates People, Places, Things, Time and Money, and puts the revised work into motion. It stays engaged and autonomously adapts as conditions evolve.

A change in one part of the operation can disrupt work across the rest. OnSeen reasons through those dependencies, resolves competing demands, and changes affected assignments together. The organization gains a system that carries the coordination work forward while its people concentrate on the mission.

Agentic command, control, and execution for defense operations

Dominion is the Resource Allocation Engine inside the Intelligent Installation Management System (I2MS), OnSeen’s command, control, and execution platform for defense missions, installations, and operational environments.

Dominion connects installation knowledge, mission priorities, and changing conditions to determine what the operation requires. It develops alternative responses, tests whether available resources can execute them, and determines the next allocation. I2MS tasks teams, coordinates connected systems, monitors results, and adjusts work already underway.

Through OnSeen’s TAK Agent Framework, Airmen state an objective in voice or chat, and AI agents select and invoke the connected tools needed to act. Installation knowledge reaches the field as action.

Adaptive autonomy for civilian operations

Harbinger applies OnSeen’s Resource Allocation AI to public agencies, infrastructure operators, enterprises, home healthcare, and distributed field organizations.

It reasons across changing needs, competing priorities, available resources, and real-world constraints, then reallocates people, assets, time, and work to keep operations moving. Harbinger carries that allocation into revised assignments, routes, schedules, and notifications, then keeps adapting as execution reveals what needs to change next.

What makes it agentic

OnSeen doesn’t wait for a prompt. It acts—and keeps adapting as the operation changes.

Know when the current resource allocation stops working.

OnSeen recognizes material changes and determines their consequences across the operation. It identifies affected resources, dependencies, and commitments, then initiates reassessment without waiting for someone to discover every conflict and rebuild the problem by hand.
